Mind & Body Transformation

30 min virtual morning workouts via ZOOM 3x a week Mo-Wed-Fri (mood-boosting warm up, body weight exercise, mindful stretch)

 

Aim of the morning workouts is to push through uncomfortable, increase the productivity, confidence, build a habit of an exercise, and through mindful stretching to become aware of our thoughts & emotions so we become less reactive to situations and challenges in our day-to-day life. At the end of every morning workout, we set intentions for the day so we are in control of our actions.

 

 

 

Stretching and Meditation

Weekly 45 min virtual session every Friday 7pm (UK).

Set a goal you want to achieve

Set a SMART goal (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and anchored within a Time Frame) at the beginning of 4 weeks

Support of a Coach

As you coach I will encourage you and motivate you throughout the whole process and I will be available to you for 1:1 conversations if you find yourself struggling with your goal.

 

Individual 1-1 coaching (on demand)
